So we can effectively serve all our clients, we would appreciate that you take the time to read our Consultation Policy when making an appointment.
Payment must be made upfront at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This is generally done online and a surcharge applies if you book via phone.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you give us more than two business days' notice, we can look at rescheduling to another time. However if you do this more than once, we may not be able to accommodate you.
As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.
We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Lateness and No Shows
It is in your interests to ensure that you are ontime for your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, we will reschedule if this is possible but you may not receive the full 30 minutes with your advisor.
If you don't attend your appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited and you will need to pay the fee again if you wish to reschedule.
